Delivery & Dispatch Policy

At Amoha Design Studio, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted. Timelines vary based on whether the item is custom-made or ready-to-ship. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Custom Orders

All custom-made products are created exclusively after an order is confirmed.

• Processing & Dispatch Time: 2–3 weeks

• This timeline includes design finalization, handcrafted production, quality checks, and packaging.

• Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on design complexity and order volume.

Custom orders are made to order and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has started.

Ready-to-Ship Products

The following products are ready-to-dispatch and do not require customization:

• Lifafa

• Batua

• Radio Sling

• Kala Slings

• Dispatch Time: 2–3 working days from order confirmation

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping & Delivery

• Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

• Delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and your location.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Orders with multiple items will be shipped together based on the longest processing time in the order.
